  • Purchase protection

    Items purchases more than 365 days ago are not eligible for purchase protection

    Those types of items are not eligible :
    -Animals, plants, food or drink
    -Motor vehicles
    -Cash, checks, bonds, securities, shares, investment or negotiable instrument
    -Tickets for sports, cultural events or concerts
    -Jewellery, gems, works of art, gold and silverware
    -Goods purchased for resale
    -Weapons
    -Counterfeit goods

  • Purchase protection

    Items purchases more than 365 days ago are not eligible for purchase protection

  • ⚠️ Important: Please note that the assistance provider may advance a sum to the insured in order to resolve their situation, but the amounts lent will subsequently be claimed back from the insured upon their return from the trip, who undertakes to reimburse them.


    The following situations are not eligible:

    • Legal proceedings abroad for which the insured does not have to pay a penal bail bond (fines abroad are therefore not covered).
    • Legal proceedings taking place in the insured's country of residence.
    • Legal proceedings related to intentional offenses (theft, assault and battery, etc.).
    • Legal proceedings related to a violation of the local highway code, drunk driving, or intentional misconduct.
    • Trips extending over a period of more than 90 days.
    • Trips within a radius of 100 km from the cardholder's home.
    • Trips to Cuba, North Korea, Crimea, Sudan, Syria, Iran, the Donetsk People's Republic, or the Luhansk People's Republic.

  • Fraudulent payment

    You are covered in case of fraudulent purchases with your card or withdrawals from your account, in case your card was stolen or lost.

    Transactions made before the theft or loss and after the card has been blocked are not eligible.

    All within the limit of €1,500 per card.

    Phishing

    Transactions made before the phishing and after the card has been blocked are not eligible.

     

  • Travel issue

    Those situations are not eligible:

    -Travels that extend a period of 90 days
    -Travels within a 100 km radius of the cardholders home
    -Travels to Cuba, North Korea, Crimea, Sudan, Syria, Iran, Donetsk People's Republic or Luhansk People's Republic
    -Travel delayed/postponed/cancelled due to the absence of mandatory identification documents
    -Voluntary no show at the departure place and time of the transport
    -Travel delays shorter than 2h for a train, 4h for a charter flight and 6h for a regular flight
    -Luggage not officially registered at the transport company
    -Rental car rented for more than 60 days or without insurance

  • You will need to upload the following documents:

  • Make sure you have those documents prior to going further on this claims form, otherwise you won't be able to submit the claim ! 

  • Invoice or receipt for the item

    We require the invoice relating to the transaction you want to claim for. This must include the description of the item and the amount paid.

  • Police report

    We require a report from the police detailing the theft and stating which items have been stolen.

  • Pictures of damaged item

    We require picture(s) showing to what extent this item has been damaged.

     

    Repair-invoice if the item has already been repaired 

    We require the invoice for any repairs.

     

    Quote or formal statement from a repair shop if the item still needs to be repaired or is unrepairable

    • In case your item is repairable, we require a quote from any repair shop
    • In case your item cannot be repaired, we require a formal statement that the item cannot be repaired from any repair shop.
  • Invoice or receipt of the travel purchase

    We require the invoice relating to the transaction you want to claim for. This must include the description of the item and the amount paid.

  • Trip cancellation, report or interrupt attest

    We require the attest that your trip has been cancelled, reported or interrupted. 

  • Travel delayed

    We require the proof that your travel has been delayed including the delayed schedule. The transport carrier can issue this proof for you.

     

    Expenses invoice or receipt

    We require all invoices and receipt to justify the neccessary expenses you made until you finaly arrive at your destination

  • Luggage delayed

    We require the certificate from the carrier that your luggage has been delayed.

  • Luggage loss or stolen proof

    We require the certificate from the carrier that your luggage has been lost or the police report attesting that your luggage has been stolen. 

     

    List of lost/stolen goods

    We require the list of all lost/stolen goods and all invoices and receipts to justify them.

  • Damaged luggage picture

    We require the pictures of the damage to the luggage and your damaged personal belonging.

  • Car rental documents

    We require the copy of the car rental contract and the attest that you had to pay the waiver to the renter.

  • ⚠️ Important: You need the following documents to continue your claim

    📄 Proof of security deposit

    Proof of a security deposit or signature of an acknowledgment of debt, for the penal bail bond when required by local judicial authorities.

    We require all usefull document that you can have to describe and justify the issue you have encounter while on your ski & mountain trip

  • Attest of card stop reporting

    We require the attest that you have reported your card as stolen or lost in order to disable it's validity.

    We require a report from the police detailing the theft and stating which items have been stolen.
