• Travel Insurance Attestation Form

  • What is the purpose of a travel insurance certificate?

If you are traveling outside the European Union and the destination country requires a visa to enter, you may be required to provide a travel insurance certificate to complete your visa application. If you travel to a Member State of  the European Union, there is no need to request a travel insurance attest. Please note that this attest will only be delivered in English.

    Important notice

Please note that some countries may have regions/territories that the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs or any other regulatory authority would advise against travelling to, it is up to you to check if the country/region you are travelling to is against travel advice or not. As claims resulting from travel to areas against the advice of a regulatory authority are not covered.
